Awful

This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. I am a first time cat owner and the office treated me like I was being a pest. They are very unorganized, do not greet you when you walk in the door, and don't really tell you what future plans are. The doctor seemed nice enough, but apparently the first time I went in there a different doctor was working and no one bothered to tell me that was not the regular doctor. So, when I came back in, I was surprised to find a different doctor in there. My file was lost and the staff kept asking me if my cat was a new patient when I had taken my cat there before. The whole experience disheartened me about animal care in the area. Since then, I have found a new vet office who really cares and communicates with me.

excellent care for many years!

They treat our four cats and our dog, and all have received excellent care. They genuinely care about the pets they see, and when I had to put down my cat of 17+ years, they were extremely kind and understanding - giving me time alone to grieve with her. I highly recommend them!

Not good

Most of the staff were unprofessional, spacey, and didn't know what was going on. The communication there is very poor; the only person who seems to know what's going on is the doctor and he couldn't explain his ideas very well. I left my cat there for almost 24 hours and nothing was written down in her file about what they'd' done and what they thought was wrong with my cat. They also said they would call me on 2 different occasions to give me updates and I never got a call. I finally came to pick her up after almost 24 hours because I didn't want to traumatize my cat by leaving her there alone for so long. This was our first visit and we aren't going back.
