I'm from Olympia Washington. I'm armed with a sarcastic and perverse sense of humor. Although I have a witty and sarcastic reply when spoken to, I'm still a fairly friendly person to get to know. Really, I'm just an open minded individual interested in hearing the many different views on many different topics. I have; however, no interest in arguing about topics. So please, for the sake of my sanity and your blood pressure do not bring up topics that you're fanatical and ready to start screaming about if your view is not shared. I have my views, and you have yours.I'll listen but am not easily swayed, nor am I a sheep

I'm something of an outgoing introvert (no, introvert does not mean loser ;) .. it means i don't like to party all the time..quiet is good too), INTJ, and a freethinker. I can probably make you laugh presuming you like wit, sarcasm, etc.

I am here as part of a CIA mission to extend or knowledge of the consequences of internet dating. Last year I bought a motorcycle and I spent the summer learning to ride it and enjoying every second of it, I'm ready now to go out and really enjoy that motorcycle. And making and eating goat cheese as well as doing other at home cooking projects like making sauerkraut really work for me. I love to get out and go hiking or on walks and things. Pretty much all of my life I have been lucky to get to hike around in the mount St. Helen's blast area. My Dad, siblings and I would all go for at least a couple days and hike to an lake, or even a couple. We'd have an awesome time camping and fishing. Just enjoying being out in the wilderness is great to me.

Oh boy, now it is time for me to talk about games. Mainly, computer games. If you do not know or have not played, Starcraft.... then you are greatly depraved. RADIO FREE ZERG. Anyways... I love games such as Starcraft, the Warcraft universe, all of the Fallout games, all of the Sims games, all of the old Maxis games (You know, stuff like Sim Ant, Sim Copter, Sim City, Sim Farm.), Age of Empires, Morrowind, Oblivion, Civilization (All of them.).... uhhh, let me think here... Half-Life, DOOM, Spore, Neverwinter Nights, Team Fortress 2, Portal, and various Star Wars games. Yeah.. uhh, I know there is a lot of games there... I just... really like them.

I do like things that aren't computer games. I like D&D, Rifts, and Werewolf the Apocalypse, and various other tabletop games.

Ok, so, I'm a big goofball. I do interpretive dance at random times. My hands become ducks, seals and monsters. I'm both infinitely creative and infinitely lazy. I write grand opuses and incredible masterpieces, but they never quite leave my head. I have a deep interest in spontaneity, and what makes the creative mind tick. Not in a psychological way; I like the "what" more then the "why". Show me that you can be awesome, right now, and I'll be amazed by you for life.

I'm a bit of a punk rocker, but not the kind that will kick your toilet in. I was raised by parents who told me to be myself, carve my own path, and to never feel that I was doing anything the wrong way. I'm deeply DIY, but not in that quirky, "I knit beer cozies" sort of way. It's the sort of DIY ethic that stems from having to work on your own car, because you're too poor for a mechanic. If I can make something, or fix something, or cook something, I will. When it breaks again, I'll be all the more prepared to fix it. It's hard to describe myself because everyone sees me differently. Sometimes I'm the counselor and other times I'm the counseled. I like to bring a smile to the faces of the people in my life so I have a silly streak a mile wide. I'm pretty brash and can be considered "vulgar" by some. I love to entertain with my singing and dancing. I do it to bring joy to those around me and to center myself.

I am tired of being Miss Right Now. I come with baggage and probably should come with a sign that says "Danger High Voltage" or maybe "Danger non-medicated". Either way, I am a handful. Nothing is really ever that simple in my world, but it would be nice to have a partner to escape the chaos with.

I wear my heart on my sleeve a little too often, but that's just how I am. Once you have earned my loyalty it's there no matter what. But make no mistake, earning it is not easy. I feel that true love does conquer all, lasts forever and that is why it is one of the driving forces behind my actions. My son is the light in my life he takes second place to no one. I work too hard, but I still love to play.

I don't drink, smoke or do drugs. I'm looking for someone to share my life with. I'm not too fond of the dating pool, the water is murky and I'm pretty sure someone pooped in it. I need a strong man who knows himself and what he wants out of life. If you can't be around my friends and family you won't last long because my friends are my family and they have always been there. And always will be.

Where do I start? I am 21 years old. I attend school full time and work full time. I am currently going to school for my business AA. I will be finished this quarter and then be returning to school for nursing. I decided that nursing fits my personality and that I would enjoy it more that sticking with business.

I enjoy all sports, from playing to watching. I love watching football(seahawks even thought they suck). I played volleyball competitely for 7 years of my life. One of the most amazing experiences of my life. I was able to travel throughout the United States because of it. I still play at least once a week at a local open gym.

I'm a 23 year old student who lives off campus, and accordingly have to supplement the time I spend spitting mad game at the honies at school with fishing for friends online. I moved from the Midwest last summer and am still working on assimilating into the larger Evergreen culture, but so far I'm having a ball. I believe that there's something wrong with anyone who doesn't like kids, dogs, pot, or the beach.

I'm into Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and when I'm not training or doing school stuff I'm often a homebody; I like to read and watch movies, or otherwise go out and cause mischief. I also like taking spontaneous road trips, camping, and all that other outdoor shit everyone puts in their profiles. I'm down to try anything, be it a hike at Evergreen or dropping acid and going to bullfights.

I also have a pretty wacky sense of humor. Just ask my <<friends.>> I don't really hold too much sacred, so if you laugh even when you know you shouldn't, or if you're a South Park fan, we'll get along just swell.

I suppose it's important to talk about what I'm looking for. I'm hoping to meet someone to go have a good time with; not to date some internet stranger, nor to immediately spend a night with some ho where I leave with AIDS and she with a sore throat (o_0) I want to meet someone who'd want to go see a couple of concerts, spend time exploring Seattle, or Mystery Science Theatre a movie.

Erm, I find simple things extremely entertaining. I frequently fiddle with my slinky, silly putty, playdough, and/or bouncy balls.

I have an odd obsession with mints and candy canes (the latter of which I stock up on in Jan. so I'll have them year round).

I have a car but hate to drive. I love the public transit system here. 'Just wish the town was open later.

I prefer making my clothes to buying them as I can rarely seem to find anything that fits.

I like intelligent conversation. Even if it's way above my head, I like to listen and, hopefully, learn something.

I love to read but have the worst memory for books.

I watch too much tv. I've been trying to break myself of that, but, as of yet, I haven't had much luck.

I'm not an emotional eater, but I am an emotional baker, which is great. Find me upset, hang around, and you'll have more brownies, cupcakes, cookies, and pasta salads than you know what to do with.

I like long walks on the beach, and with the dog is even better. I like to Party, chill at home but I also enjoy hosting get togethers with wine or whatever. I am an outdoors person too. I have a bike, board, dog, camping stuff so I like to do anything that sounds good at the time. I am sarcastic sometimes but can be serious as well.

Always been a Washington girl, liked school more for the education rather than the just social circles, and have been weird since day one. Artistic without the drama of being an "artist" (they have so much anger). I have a deep seeded desire to become a burlesque dancer... then later just make comic books.

I am an independent woman with a creative soul and an eye for beauty. I live in the country and enjoy the quiet beauty, but absolutely love the city and all it has to offer too. I have a job that I enjoy, which offers me a lot of flexibility in my schedule and the opportunity to travel around a bit. My family always comes first. I am a mom of two 17 months apart a girl and a boy. Please ignore the "describe yourself" part for now. I just had to change it because I realized it was misspelled. I am not so good at this "describe yourself" kinda stuff, and I am not so sure that this forum is the best way to meet someone. I mean, so, if we are 85% compatible and 15% enemies, does that mean shit? If I knew the percentages of half the friends I have now, I probably wouldn't have ever become their friend. I am planing on ignoring that percentage stuff (though it will be hard not to since it is thrown in your face) and just see what happens.

To be honest, I would prefer to meet people in person, that is after all, how I have met everybody I know (except for this one person from Norway that somehow I met on Facebook). The only reason I am doing this online thing is because I have been spending a lot of time on my computer lately, and I recently got back to Oly after living in Portland for a year, and then Korea for two years teaching English. Anyway, now I am somehow addicted to thinking about what to write, less because I want to impress someone, and more because it has just become my new challenge. It has been a rough adjustment making the transition from Asia to here (rougher than I thought--kind of a reverse culture shock) and while some of my old friends are still here, many have moved away. I have found myself for the first time in a long time with more "dude friends" than lady friends, and Korea was one big testosterone picnic, where I practiced my pool, darts, poker, and drinking skills. Now I live in a house of dudes. But cool sensitive and rad guys, both good friends.
